Refund policy
Digital Products (Downloads):
- Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
- If you encounter any issues with the download, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
Once the files have been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure that the items in your cart are correct before completing your purchase.
Exceptions:
If you encounter any issues with your download, such as corrupted files or difficulty accessing the files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide an alternative solution.
Physical Products (Books):
- For our physical books, we offer a 14-day return policy.
- To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us at info@glasspatternshop.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
