Refund policy
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience issues with your download, such as corrupted files or access problems, please contact us within 7 days at info@glasspatternshop.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue or provide an alternative solution.
Physical Products (Books)
We accept returns of physical books within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@glasspatternshop.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Returns Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@glasspatternshop.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.
