How do I access my digital download?
After Purchase:
Order Confirmation Page:
After making a purchase, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page, you will see a direct download link available. Click the ‘Download Now’ button and Save your file.
OR
Confirmation Email:
Check Your Emails: After completing your purchase, you should receive a confirmation email with a download link. Look for an email from our store.
Download Link: Click on the link provided in the email to download your digital file
OR
Accessing Download from Shopify Account:
Log In to Your Account
Go to Your Orders
Find the Relevant Order
Locate Your Purchase and click on the order for which you purchased the digital download.
If You Encounter Issues:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder:
Sometimes, confirmation emails with download links
may end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there.

Contact Support:
If you can’t find the email or access the download link, contact us for assistance. We can help you retrieve your download link or resolve any issues.

What file formats do the patterns come in?
All of our Digital Products come in a Zip file and contain a PNG, PDF, SVG, JPEG & License for use.
Shipping & Returns
Can I return a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of stained-glass patterns and other digital downloads are final. Once the files have been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please ensure that the items in your cart are correct before completing your purchase.
Exceptions:
If you encounter any issues with your download, such as corrupted files or difficulty accessing the files, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue
or provide an alternative solution.
